After brewing this Imperial Stout with black strap molasses, it was carefully aged for 5 months in Woodinville Whiskey barrels that previously held bourbon and maple syrup. This beer is intense and smooth, with a boozy sweetness and a slight bitterness to balance it out. Brewed and bottled by Geaux Brewing.
